Review

A prequel to the legendary Street Fighter II series, this late SNES release sports an impressive roster of 18 characters and stands as one of the system’s grandest swansongs. This fighter is a radical upgrade from previous entries in both presentation and mechanics, providing a flamboyant cast redefined by more dramatic, dynamic action.
