This goofy but violent top-down shooter consists of one or two players (as Captain Carnage and/or Major Mayhem) trying to take down dictator General Akhboob in Kookistan. Gameplay takes place on a map that usually scrolls slowly while players move with the D-pad, firing their weapons in independent directions via the Y-X-B-A face buttons.
