Musya: The Classic Japanese Tale of Horror

Japanese myth meets 16-bits in this well-meaning but poorly realized action-platformer set in feudal Japan. The game begins promisingly; would-be warrior Imoto survives a terrible war only to find himself destined to stop the return of an ancient, sinister god. This means descending into the “Abyss,” a twisted rabbit hole of horrors wherein he must save a magical maiden and slay countless demons across seven nightmarish stages.
