Review
The fight’s not so final in this uninspired sequel that sees the return of the Mad Gear Gang. Apparently, the syndicate has survived and gone international, forcing series regular Haggar, along with newcomers Maki and Carlos, to embark on a baddie-bashing spree spanning the globe.
