In this street-pounding beat ’em up, the Mad Gear Gang has kidnapped Jessica, daughter of Metro City mayor Mike Haggar. Across several side-scrolling stages, players must thrash a legion of thugs on their way to rescuing her. Players may select Haggar, a wrestler, or Cody, a martial arts brawler and Jessica’s boyfriend.
