Gradius

It's one ship against the Bacterion menace in a struggle to save the planet Gradius in this horizontally scrolling shooter. To survive the assault, players have to avoid enemy fire while collecting and strategically using power capsules to upgrade the ship's weapons and maintain its limited force field barrier. Power capsules are obtained from defeated ships, and they fill up the meter at the bottom of the screen.
