After the Statue of Liberty falls into the hands of sinister supervillains Shredder and Krang, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles launch into action. Chasing the Foot Clan through the streets and sewers of New York, the heroes find themselves face to face with Shredder, who sends them hurtling into the past.
