When humans colonized the artificial planet Altile, nobody foresaw the ensuing invasion by a hostile alien race! The people back on Earth respond by dispatching ZED, the legendary Z-Type Earth Defense cyborg, to defeat the evil Xantho Empire in this top-down action title. Armed with his trusty beam gun and a stockpile of bombs, Zed is tasked with infiltrating the alien threat and making his way to the stronghold of their insidious leader, Xur.
