Jerry's experience with the Mac began in 2001 after viewing a demo of Mac OS X. This led to the purchase of an iBook and an interest in how to develop applications for the Mac.

Learning Cocoa and Xcode started as a hobby in his spare time and in summer of 2005 his first application, Awaken was released. At that point his hobby turned into Embraceware Software Inc.

We are located in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada.

Megan was involved with Embraceware from its creation in June of 2005. Having played an integral role in the development of the company's name and logo, she now provides customer service and performs application testing.

In addition to her position at Embraceware Software Inc. she is also a registered nurse. In her spare time, Megan displays an avid interest in the kitchen and enjoys delighting her husband Jerry with her culinary creations.
