New Site Launched

Welcome to the new Embraceware.com! We’ve cleaned up the place so take a look around and let us know what you think via comments.

We have a new icon in the header which leads to a low volume mailing list. Sign up to be the first to get the latest and most important Embraceware news. It will be used to inform you of new app launches and major updates to existing apps. We promise to not share your e-mail address with anyone else.

    What about Awaken 4? It’s been so long since it was first teased at and every day I hope for the fabled update or at least some news. Has it been canned in favour of Awaken for iPhone/touch?

    Hi Richard,

    I’m sure that you’re referring to Awaken 5 when you say 4. Regarding Awaken 5 for Mac – I posted an update on it a few blog posts ago:

    “Awaken for Mac version 5 has been in development for a while and was delayed on a few occasions. There was a huge demand for Awaken on the iPhone so we paused Awaken for Mac to accomplish that, and then rewrote it for Mac OS X Leopard and Snow Leopard. You’ll be getting an all-new Awaken for Mac when version 5 is released. Stay tuned for more information. It’ll be a free major update to anyone who has already purchased Awaken.”

    The code is all super fresh with Awaken 5 – it is far from canned :)

    I assume Richard means Awaken 5 and in the meantime some more frequent updates to 4. Nice site for starters, though. Looking forward to what’s next.
