Hi everyone - available today is the Awaken 3.1.3 BETA. This version includes French localization! This is the first non-English language to be added to Awaken. Spanish will be coming in the next week or so. I’m looking for someone to help translate for Japanese after that. Please send me an email via the contact page or post a comment if you are able to help.
Also included in this version is a fix for a Podcast playback issue that was reported along with a fix for the delay which sometimes occurred when using fullscreen mode.

some correcttions
on the Alarmes tab of prefs: the popup menu should read 1 Heure not 1 Hour
on the Volume tab of prefs: it should be Écran de fondu entrant not Ecran de fondu entrabt
also the finder get infos still reads 3.1.2…

Thanks dZign - I’ll have those corrections added to the beta before today is out - let me know if you notice anything else off before then if you can. About the 3.1.2 version in the Finder - I don’t up the app version until after beta to avoid any software update notification issues.
This work took a little longer than expected - I wasn’t at the beach
The majority of the work was getting Awaken to handle multiple languages and update the code to not rely on any English. Now that this work is done - adding a 3rd language will only take 10% of the time.

re: version number.. makes sense
since you want more..
on the interface buttons at the bottom of awaken window on the left side
the third icon could say “Voir les alarmes” when closed and
“Masquer les alarmes” when open. The text you have there now(sélectionner les alarmes…)
is not very clear on what happens and gets truncated at the end…
in egg timer(minuteur) on the alarm type it should be Son instead of Sound
in the preferences; not a biggie but for consistency, I would not have a period at the end of sentences everywhere.
ex: Activer les alarmes….pas lancé. but the one below doesn’t have one… I wouldn’t put any as some lines are not sentences and therefore don’t need one; and since it is a menu you don’t need to have one at the end of real sentences…
on the alarm pane in prefs : Actions doesn’t need an “s” at the end since there is only one choice (tick box)
same place in the popup menu of 1 hour all the minutes (5-10-15 etc.) are written mintues
