Wow! I came across "Awaken" while browsing though Mac OS X Software (http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/) and it quickly replaced the archaic, non-intuitive "Alarm Clock Pro" I've been using for years. Congratulations and thanks for creating a handy and simple app with an awesome GUI to boot! And I'm with Stephan when he said "Please don't make it a little more aqua." I like it the way it is, too.

One slight issue I would like to address is that the Backup alarm kicks in too quickly. When iTunes launches, I have it set so that it streams music over my network using Airport Express to a remote speaker that's connected to it, thus taking a little longer to launch and start playing music. I currently get around this issue by having iTunes already open in the background.

Love the collection of Backup alarm ring tones! I've got mine set to Cellphone. Great to see something out from Newfoudland other than fish. ;)

Cheers from Vancouver, BC.

Awaken 3.1 (new one) doesn't seem to work with iTunes 7.1 (latest update). There is always a problem with iTunes at alarm time. What gives?

Love the App, but I'm a little disappointed with the site. Nothing special, and it's not semantic either.

Hmm - the "Enable alarms when Awaken is not running" doesn't stick.
I mean I enable it and close Awaken - no problem. If I then reopen Awaken the preference is unchecked.

Oh, and also.
If you would like Awaken translated into Dutch: give me a scream at my email-adres.

I'll do it for free.

SWEET.

Loved it from the beginning, but this update rocks.
Like de new non-fullscreen interface and the option to choose what kind of alarm you want.

The interface from Awaken itself is still a bit dark though, could be a little more "aqua".

The new website is also very cool!
