Last year when Awaken 1.0 was completed I needed an icon - and fast. At 3am on some Saturday in June, I put together what became the Awaken icon. It was created from a photograph of an alarm clock. I did some re-coloring and cropping in Photoshop and that was about it. Ever since then, I wanted to have the icon redesigned by a professional icon designer. Recently, I got in contact with Jasper Hauser (the designer of such app icons as AppZapper, Disco, and Camino, to name a few). After some discussion and a few revisions, the new Awaken icon was complete.
